This luxury villa is located in Puerto Aventuras, one of the largest protected Marina’s and Security Gated Ocean Communities in the Caribbean. It is a residential and tourist complex in the heart of the Riviera Maya in the Mexican Caribbean, surrounded by white sand beaches.

There are four large private marinas, a golf course and tennis courts, water activities
are available, there are cenotes (water caves), a variety of restaurants and hotels,
ruins, a museum, playgrounds, a bilingual school, among others.

As it is strategically located, it enables you to visit the most important Mayan
archeological sites, theme and amusement parks, shopping centers, sites with the
best gastronomic experiences, entertainment and nightlife. Only 50 minutes away
from Cancun; between Tulum and Playa del Carmen.

The villa is fully furnished with quality American furniture and kitchen stainless steel appliances. The villa features a very spacious and luminated living space (25 foot picture window) in a gorgeous design. It has 6 spacious bedrooms for a total of 9 beds (sleeps 18) including the maids quarter.

You have open cantera terraces leading to the lagoon and ocean views. This model home has granite countertops, red cedar gourmet kitchen, spacious cabinet space, entertainment room, a pool table, private pool, jacuzzi, water slide, outdoor bathroom and more. You have the lagoon in your backyard and the ocean in front of the house (40 yards away).

Most bedrooms include walk in closets and balconies with great views of the Ocean and the lagoon. The bathrooms include granite countertops and one include a step down roman tube style shower stalls.
